Voices of Impact

In Their Own Words

"The Rise & Thrive program helped me get my ID back, build a resume, and connect with an employer who gave me a real shot. I've been employed for 18 months now. I thought that door was closed forever."

Rise & Thrive Graduate

Workforce Program, 2025

"I'd been on the streets for two years when the Warm the Streets team found me. They didn't just give me a blanket — they sat with me. They came back the next week. Eventually I trusted them enough to walk through the door. That walk changed my life."

Outreach Participant

Referred through Warm the Streets

"My caseworker helped me start rebuilding my relationship with my daughter after years apart. We're not all the way there yet — but we're talking. That's everything."
